eDiscovery Technical Advisor (Relativity): Supporting civil and criminal litigation and select FOIA/Congressional requests by identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI with an accent on electronic discovery workflows, search/collection gap analysis, and review-platform administration. Focus on building discovery plans, managing legal holds, coordinating FBI unit collection results, and ensuring production quality (including Bates numbering and load file creation) while meeting U.S. citizenship and security clearance requirements.

What you will do
- Serve as a technical expert for identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil and criminal litigation and select FOIA/Congressional requests.
- Act as the expert technical user of electronic discovery applications (including Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and the Veritas eDiscovery Platform).
- Develop discovery plans documenting search parameters (date ranges, keywords, custodians) and execute data collection from FBI storage locations in line with those plans.
- Administer the electronic discovery review platform (eDP): create cases, add source data, manage access rights, de-duplicate, identify gaps, merge/verify data, and ensure production quality (Bates numbering and load file creation).
- Coordinate collection results with FBI units for review/redaction/release and provide training/technical assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and other users.
- Document case-specific discovery plans and facilitate legal hold implementation, amendment, and/or lift via LHMT.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
- 3 years of progressive, more responsible experience on major litigation support projects.
- 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
- Experience with eDiscovery services across the EDRM (File to Trial) and strong communication/presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: $137,200 - $186,200 a year
