What you will do

• Lead the development and long-term evolution of company-wide environmental sustainability and ESG strategies.
• Manage Greenhouse Gas (GHG) target setting and design implementation pathways including carbon offsets and supplier initiatives.
• Oversee ESG regulatory compliance and reporting, including the annual Impact Report and third-party frameworks (ESRS, SASB, TCFD).
• Direct the execution of Climate Risk Assessments and Double Materiality Assessments (DMA).
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to handle RFPs and sustainability addendums in contract negotiations.
• Manage submissions to ESG rating agencies such as ISS, CDP, and EcoVadis.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in environmental sustainability, climate, or ESG fields.
• Proven experience implementing sustainability initiatives in a global organization, specifically managing Scope 3 emissions.
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards and SBTi target setting.
• Experience planning and executing Double Materiality Assessments (DMA) and navigating regulations like CSRD, CA SB253, or CA SB261.
• Must be based in the US (excluding specific ineligible states).
• Ability to partner as a Subject Matter Expert with Legal, Finance, and Compliance functions.
