What you will do

• Coordinate daily project activities and maintain status updates on all deliverables.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project timelines and documentation.
• Conduct weekly touch-base meetings with clients independently.
• Ensure timely delivery of sourcing materials and client orders.
• Resolve data discrepancies and reconcile project information.
• Assist in the implementation of new projects and expanded work scopes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of general work experience, including 1 year in project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in biotechnology, repository, or pharmaceutical industries.
