Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures.
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and organizational policies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and conduct post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must comply with ITAR regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
