Salary: $23.97 - $31 per hour

What you will do

• Manage daily manufacturing queues and prioritize orders, including high-quantity, expedited, and remake jobs.
• Identify material constraints and coordinate BOM or scheduling adjustments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Toolpathing, and Tech Ops to resolve build and quality issues.
• Partner with Customer Service to address late orders, ship holds, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor labor and equipment to recommend capacity and machine allocation adjustments.
• Manage inventory-related issues, including supply shortages, vendor returns, and production supplies.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency (Green Card), or refugee/asylee status (strictly required for ITAR compliance)
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of order management and inventory control.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems, ideally Microsoft AX.
• Ability to analyze data and work across functions to solve problems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 70 pounds.
