What you will do
- Provide technical guidance to CP AoR partners on case management principles, referral pathways, and data protection standards.
- Lead the CP IMS+ (Primero) roll-out process and ensure effective governance across partner organizations.
- Convene and facilitate monthly Case Management Task Force meetings to standardize approaches.
- Develop and promote context-appropriate tools to evaluate and improve case management systems.
- Support capacity building, mentoring, and training for caseworkers, supervisors, and government counterparts.
- Coordinate with the GBV AoR and other sectors to ensure synergy in referral pathways and service delivery.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, International Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in child protection case management in humanitarian or conflict-affected settings.
- Demonstrated experience leading or co-facilitating inter-agency coordination mechanisms or working groups.
- Excellent English (written and spoken) required; Arabic is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of CP case management, SOP development, and child protection information management.
- Familiarity with CP IMS+ (Primero) and experience in system roll-out or configuration.
Nice to have
- Direct experience working in similar humanitarian emergencies.
- Proven ability to engage constructively with government ministries and social welfare departments.
