Location: Hybrid, must be based at one of the Tier 1 offices (London, Cardiff, Birmingham, Salford, Glasgow, Belfast) with regular travel required across the UK.

Salary: £54,000 - £57,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Safety Manager to execute the organizational safety strategy.
• Coach leaders to improve safety performance and embed a positive safety culture.
• Lead cross-functional projects to influence safety policies and frameworks.
• Assess the effectiveness of safety systems and provide actionable insights.
• Influence senior stakeholders to position safety as a key driver of organizational performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant specialist diploma (e.g., NEBOSH, NCRQ) and professional institute membership (e.g., CMIOSH, CIEH) required.
• Extensive experience in a strategic safety role within a large, complex organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coach leaders.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk management, and frameworks like HSG65.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write influential reports and deliver training.
• Must be able to travel regularly to event, production, and office sites across the UK.

• Experience in safety culture transformation and human performance.
• Recognized training qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer).
• Experience supporting media, production, or events-based environments.
