What you will do

• Own the annual planning rhythm, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models.
• Synthesize performance data into clear insights and recommendations for executives and the Board.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product to align investments with pipeline and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with Accounting to improve forecast accuracy and shorten close-to-insight cycles.
• Standardize KPI dashboards and variance analysis to provide actionable performance views.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team focused on analytical rigor and speed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including investment banking.
• 3+ years leading FP&A at a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep expertise in SaaS unit economics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback).
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with NetSuite and BI tools.
• Must be willing to work from the New York office at least 3 days a week.

• Experience with planning software.
• Exposure to IPO readiness, investor relations, or public-company-level reporting.
