TL;DR

hirify.global is a B2B SaaS company providing automation and management tools for the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry.

What you will do

  • Own annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles to ensure a single source of truth for financial plans.
  • Develop and evolve a driver-based operating model that scales with company growth.
  • Prepare accurate financial reporting and KPI dashboards for leadership, the board, and PE sponsors.
  • Act as a financial advisor to department heads to manage spend, headcount, and budget variances.
  • Support fundraising, exit processes, and strategic financial analysis in partnership with the CFO.
  • Administer FP&A tools to drive automation and maintain data integrity across KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance, specifically within high-growth SaaS.
  • Proficiency in SaaS metrics including ARR/MRR, net revenue retention, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40.
  • Expertise in Excel and driver-based modeling.
  • Experience with PE- or VC-backed companies; experience supporting an exit process is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Power BI, and planning tools such as Mosaic or HiBob.
