What you will do

• Own and maintain the company's rolling forecast model, including revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Develop and maintain SaaS KPI reporting, including ARR, NRR/GRR, bookings, and churn metrics.
• Serve as a finance partner to functional areas, translating data into actionable insights for operational leaders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Build scenario and sensitivity models to support strategic decisions, including pricing and M&A diligence.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Strong command of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, churn).
• Proficiency in Excel financial modeling (multi-tab P&L, scenario analysis, dynamic lookups).
• Familiarity with GAAP revenue recognition principles, specifically ASC 606.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A/EPM platforms like Jedox, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
• Exposure to PE-backed company reporting requirements.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM data.
• CPA or CFA progress.
