What you will do

• Lead the strategic finance function for Product & Engineering, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Develop and own financial models to quantify the impact of investments, including ROI, LTV/CAC, and payback analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define operational and financial KPIs and ensure alignment with company-level efficiency targets.
• Drive scenario analysis and provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives like pricing and packaging.
• Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team while fostering a data-driven culture.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled tools to streamline forecasting and improve process precision.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA, CFA, or CA preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models and metrics.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with BI tools like Tableau and planning tools like Adaptive Insights.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams and investors.
