What you will do
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Regional HR leaders and build a unified HRBP network aligned to global standards.
- Translate global HR strategy into regional execution, including workforce planning, succession, and talent strategies.
- Partner with HR Operations to modernize processes, workflows, and service delivery for agility at scale.
- Handle senior escalations for multi-country employee relations, risk management, and compliance with local laws.
- Sponsor enterprise-wide HR programs and change initiatives with strong regional adoption.
- Champion inclusive culture, engagement, and leadership development across regions.
Requirements
- Based in London hub, reporting to CHRO
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Significant HR leadership as Business Partner or Generalist in global organization, leading teams across regions.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational change, matrix environments, and data-driven problem solving.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to lead in fast-paced settings.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in HR or Business.
- Experience shaping strategic HR initiatives at global scale and in HR shared services.
- Background working with works councils and employee representatives across markets.
