TL;DR

People Advisor (HR): Delivering high-quality, manager-facing HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle with an accent on performance management, organizational health, and strategic talent consulting. Focus on coaching leaders through complex people situations, analyzing workforce data, and driving consistent execution of enterprise talent programs.

Location: Must be based in Paddington, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid-eligible role requiring either on-site presence 5 days per week or a hybrid arrangement with up to 2 days remote per week.

What you will do

  • Coach managers through performance, conduct, and team effectiveness challenges.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation and ensure consistent application across geographies.
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, organizational design, and role clarity.
  • Analyze workforce and talent data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of enterprise talent programs including performance and rewards.
  • Advise on key employment moments such as hiring, onboarding, and sensitive transitions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Paddington, UK.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR advisory, HR business partnering, or employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers through complex people situations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
