TL;DR
Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce/SQL): Own analytics, processes, and reporting that help customer-facing GTM teams exceed pipeline and ARR targets with an accent on pipeline management, sales forecasting, and revenue operations. Focus on turning complex Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL data into actionable insights, building dashboards and monitoring for top accounts, and improving lead routing, scoring, and attribution across APAC.
Location: Full authorization to work in Singapore without any restrictions

What you will do
- Drive operational excellence across pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Partner with GTM leadership to optimize funnel performance and improve sales productivity.
- Establish monitoring for top accounts, including engagement, customer health, and adoption.
- Coordinate lead routing rules, lead scoring enhancements, and campaign attribution.
- Own territory management for PAM/BDR/SA and coordinate with CS Ops on CSM territory alignment.
- Build dashboards and reports and run analyses for regional and global business reviews.
Requirements
- Work authorization: Full authorization to work in Singapore without any restrictions.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), ideally in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
- Advanced analytics skills: proficiency modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (reports and dashboards).
- Proficiency with SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Strong communication skills to present complex analyses to senior executives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
