What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to exceed KPIs including MRR, ASP, and Enrollment Rate.
• Act as an individual contributor for 3-6 months to gain a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
• Develop and optimize sales strategies and processes to drive company growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Facilitate ongoing learning on industry trends and maintain cutting-edge product knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 1+ year of leadership or management experience in a sales position.
• Proven success as a salesperson.
• Advanced experience with sales CRMs and processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
