Salary: $45,000–$52,000 base plus commission

What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and support the Head of Sales in moving deals forward through the pipeline.
- Own HubSpot CRM maintenance, ensuring clean data, accurate contact records, and updated deal stages.
- Coordinate internal follow-ups and hold senior team members accountable to pipeline commitments.
- Close a defined set of small, repeatable deals independently over time.
- Coordinate client onboarding, including intake forms and engagement letters, as the bridge to the delivery team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or client-facing business development.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Experience supporting executives in an administrative or coordination capacity.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional email and screen-based correspondence.
Nice to have
- Background in public accounting, bookkeeping, or an accounting-adjacent role.
- Experience supporting outbound sales campaigns using tools like Apollo or Outreach.
- Familiarity with the lower middle market or M&A ecosystem.
- Experience in fast-growing B2B or professional services environments.
