What you will do

  • Run enterprise pilots by scoping success criteria, driving engagement, and creating a path to conversion.
  • Own the onboarding and rollout process to build launch plans and help teams reach value quickly.
  • Drive product adoption by training customers and sharing best practices to transform their workflows.
  • Build deep customer relationships with champions, admins, and business stakeholders to earn trust.
  • Enable expansion by mapping use cases and partnering with Account Executives on growth opportunities.
  • Lead check-ins and QBRs to reinforce value, identify blockers, and align on growth next steps.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management, customer success, or post-sales experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning pilots and onboarding engagements for enterprises.
  • Strong product fluency with the ability to make complex AI products feel simple and valuable.
  • High-agency approach and comfort with ambiguity when building playbooks from the ground up.
  • Must be based in the US.
