What you will do

  • Drive expansion and adoption of software and services across SaaS verticals.
  • Manage the full onboarding process for each new customer.
  • Analyze the customer journey to help clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
  • Provide critical insights to the product team to improve the platform.
  • Upsell existing accounts to more premium tiers.
  • Educate champions and teams on product value and uncover new use cases.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in SaaS customer success.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in standard communication, collaboration, and task management tools.
  • Understanding of sales strategy, relationship building, and pipeline processes.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot Sales and/or Marketing suites.
  • Experience selling software to retail or restaurant customer bases.
  • Background as a frontline employee in the retail or service industry.
  • Experience working in early-stage, high-growth company environments.
