What you will do
- Develop content strategies and repurpose pillar video content into optimized LinkedIn posts, X threads, and short-form videos.
- Architect and maintain the lead nurture ecosystem, including lead magnets, opt-in forms, and automated email flows.
- Manage end-to-end newsletter production, coordinating with copywriters and designers.
- Create high-converting case studies and integrate them into content calendars and outreach sequences.
- Perform strict 6-point quality audits on all live URLs to ensure flawless technical and visual execution.
- Analyze funnel data to identify and fix drop-off points in the conversion process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Growth or Demand Generation within an agency, SaaS, or DTC ecosystem.
- Proven track record of designing automated email flows and multi-touch nurture sequences.
- Ability to turn intent data and buying signals into automated outbound workflows.
- Proficiency in repurposing long-form assets into high-converting copy for various platforms.
- Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, WordPress, and ClickUp/Asana.
