Salary: $48,000–$54,000 base + $2,000–$6,000 commission

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor for measurement strategy, brand lift methodology, and product best practices.
- Analyze study performance and customer data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Train customers on measurement products to drive adoption and long-term success.
- Translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear, customer-facing insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to resolve customer challenges and improve experiences.
- Monitor customer health metrics and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Central or East Coast time zones of the USA.
- BA/BS degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or analytical client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Proven ability to communicate complex data-driven concepts clearly.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the digital media ecosystem and advertising technology.
- Experience with Salesforce, Qualtrics, or similar research platforms.
- Working knowledge of statistical concepts and research methodology.
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic client relationships.
