Index Client Services Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Base salary: $66,000–$112,000 per year, plus annual bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for clients using hirify.global indexes and handle day-to-day inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues within agreed service standards.
• Record client intelligence and interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare proactive communications about index news, product updates, and market announcements.
• Support new client onboarding with the sales team, coordinating access to hirify.global and third-party data services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with global clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Professional experience delivering excellent client service in a client-facing setting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
• Ability to work in Philadelphia at least 3 days per week under the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in market data or financial services.
• Knowledge of equity indexes and financial data products.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
