What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing hirify.global indexes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records within the CRM system.
• Prepare and distribute proactive communications regarding index updates and market news.
• Coordinate new client onboarding and data access in partnership with sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for global client engagement.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in a professional setting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in market data or financial services.
• Knowledge of equity indices and financial data products.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
