What you will do

• Build hierarchical and multi-agent RAG systems using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Apply advanced retrieval techniques including semantic chunking and re-ranking models.
• Define and monitor evaluation metrics to improve retrieval quality and response accuracy.
• Implement ingestion and parsing workflows using Unstructured.io and custom ETL pipelines.
• Deploy services using Docker, AWS ECS, and Lambda following event-driven architecture.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and contribute to strategic agent development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with production Python.
• Proven experience with advanced agentic RAG and hierarchical architectures.
• Hands-on experience with RAG evaluation metrics and document intelligence services.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development on AWS (Docker, ECS, Lambda).
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Must be based in the EU or listed European countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with LlamaIndex and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
• Model fine-tuning and domain-adaptation experience.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Azure embeddings, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in a relevant field.
