What you will do

• Design and build production-grade AI features and services end-to-end.
• Implement clean, testable software integrating ML/LLM components using microservices and event-driven systems.
• Develop reliable data and feature pipelines with a focus on quality and reproducibility.
• Productionize models with strong evaluation, safety, and observability practices.
• Optimize systems for reliability, latency, throughput, and cost.
• Collaborate with strategists and program managers to deliver measurable customer impact.

Requirements

• STEM degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2–5+ years of experience in a comparable engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and professional engineering workflows (Git, CI/CD).
• Experience delivering machine learning projects in production environments.
• Understanding of cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes) and data stores.
• Fluent English required; Fluent German is highly preferred.
