What you will do

• Design and build production-grade AI systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations.
• Develop and own backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python.
• Implement cloud infrastructure using AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, RDS).
• Translate complex client requirements into technical delivery plans and architectural decisions.
• Manage cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
• Collaborate with client engineering teams and internal architects across EU and US time zones.

Requirements

• Valid Anthropic certification at any level (mandatory requirement).
• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and analytical data pipelines (SQL or Spark).
• Deep understanding of GenAI: prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and LLM evaluation.
• English: B2 or higher required for client-facing technical discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGPT.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Frontend exposure with React or Vue.
• Additional AWS or Claude Code certifications.
• Prior experience in consulting or domain knowledge in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Retail AI.
