What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of parking, transportation, and mobility technology projects including planning and deployment.
• Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and executive sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and individual contributors within the organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementation, software deployment, or mobility projects.
• 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing implementations.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience including coaching and performance management.
• Experience with SaaS, hardware/software solutions, or smart city technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or IT.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with On-Street/Off-Street Parking Systems.
