What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of project managers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Optimize resource allocation and productivity across multiple global projects.
• Act as the primary escalation point for resolving project risks and challenges.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Establish and refine project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
