What you will do

• Manage and coordinate Contract Administration and Procurement staff (Levels I, II, and III).
• Oversee commercial management activities and procurements across various programs and projects.
• Lead the development of commercial plans, administration methods, and reporting approaches.
• Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation or contingency plans.
• Monitor performance against contractual requirements, KPIs, and budgets.
• Develop progress reports and presentations for senior executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Commercial, Claims, or Procurement Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Business, Finance, or Logistics.
• Recognized certification (e.g., PMP, CPCM, CIPS, CSCP, CPSM) is required.
• Must be based in and work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Project Management software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience leading mid-sized multi-discipline contracts teams.
• Strong negotiation skills for favorable contract terms.
