What you will do
- Supervise administrative personnel by providing coaching, training, and direction while ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Manage teammate onboarding and personnel administration, including employment documentation, orientation coordination, record maintenance, certification tracking, and compliance.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and workforce administration by reviewing timekeeping records, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with corporate HR and payroll teams.
- Coordinate airport badging, security compliance, operational reporting, and administrative recordkeeping to keep documentation accurate and current.
- Act as a liaison between site operations and corporate departments, supporting process improvements, staffing needs, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required in business administration, human resources, accounting, finance, or operations management (related experience may substitute).
- Minimum 3 years managing teams or employees in administration, operations support, payroll, human resources, finance, or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, email, databases, Internet) and strong written and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass TSA background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
- Ability to travel occasionally for work-related training or support.
