What you will do

• Oversee, nurture, and develop a regional team of deliverability consultants.
• Provide advanced deliverability support and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers with Deliverability Services Consulting entitlements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support to iterate on customer strategies.
• Lead strategic projects to mature internal processes, product thought leadership, and customer education.
• Interface directly with prospects and customers to build trust and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the email deliverability space, including technical concepts and best practices.
• Proven experience coaching or mentoring deliverability consultants to drive team performance and retention.
• Demonstrated consultative approach to root cause identification and issue analysis.
• Familiarity with coordinating with mailbox providers, blocklist operators, and filtering companies.
• Experience in process optimization and transformation to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
