What you will do

  • Define and govern regional digital information strategies and ISO 19650-compliant frameworks.
  • Oversee BIM execution, including model standards, LOD definitions, and QA/QC requirements.
  • Establish digital asset lifecycle frameworks for seamless transition from design to operations.
  • Develop data environments to enable portfolio analytics, AI insights, and digital twin capabilities.
  • Lead architectural scope for early-stage development, focusing on modularization and DfMA strategies.
  • Collaborate across Design, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure portfolio-wide consistency.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in BIM/CDE governance and architectural design for data centers or mission-critical environments.
  • Expert knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/Forma.
  • Proven leadership in platform standardization and digital transformation programs.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 15%.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London, England.
