Senior Structural Engineer

What you will do

• Own structural analysis, design, and detailing assignments of increasing complexity across a range of building types.
• Evaluate and apply appropriate engineering methods, tools, and building codes.
• Develop and refine construction documents in a BIM environment, propose design modifications, solve non-routine challenges, and perform quality self-review.
• Collaborate with architects, builders, and engineers from multiple disciplines on technical requirements, design assumptions, and coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to interns and entry-level engineers.
• Gain exposure to client interactions, project scopes, services, fee structures, and project management elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of structural engineering experience with growing proficiency in industry technology.
• Experience contributing to the design of steel, concrete, and timber systems.
• Effective communication and a proactive approach to workload, mentoring, and skill development.
• Initiative to deepen technical expertise and project delivery fundamentals.
