TL;DR

Junior Analyst (Investment Management): Supporting the EMEA Distribution Management Team with business strategy, data analysis, and project execution with an accent on market trend analysis and financial reporting. Focus on manipulating Salesforce data, creating high-quality business cases, and synthesizing market flows to support strategic decisions.

Location: Hybrid in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. Must have the right to work in the UK until at least October 2027.

Salary: £26,500 per annum

What you will do

  • Deliver high-quality presentations regarding business strategy and key priorities.
  • Execute projects in close collaboration with the EMEA distribution leadership team and stakeholders.
  • Develop coherent business cases to secure necessary resources for strategic priorities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and asset class net flows to support market positioning.
  • Manipulate and summarize data from Salesforce dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Track and report on finances, fund flows, and performance to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK until at least October 2027.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Ability to create detailed analysis and persuasive narratives in PowerPoint.
  • Experience using coding to manipulate, collate, and curate various sized datasets.
  • Ability to interpret financial and market data from diverse sources.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
