What you will do

• Manage monthly and quarterly lease accounting close activities, including amortization journal entries under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Review new lease contracts, amendments, and terminations to ensure correct treatment under ASC 842 and IFRS 16.
• Maintain and administer lease accounting software and prepare related financial disclosures.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including roll-forwards and management reporting.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries and external auditors to resolve queries and provide documentation.
• Support general ledger accounting areas and process improvements to workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in lease accounting (ASC 842 and IFRS 16).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in general ledger accounting or similar.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting or a related specialization.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Prior experience working with Oracle.
