What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
• Manage collections by contacting partners regarding outstanding or overdue payments.
• Process payments, refunds, and account adjustments accurately.
• Resolve billing inquiries and payment-related questions from stakeholders.
• Investigate account history to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on collection activities and payment performance.

• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
