What you will do

• Lead and supervise a small accounting team (2-3 people) with task distribution and professional development.
• Prepare group consolidation adjustments, analyze GAAP differences, and deliver monthly reporting packages.
• Perform flux analysis, justify variances, and collaborate on external audits and financial statement reviews.
• Ensure accuracy of group accounting records and compliance with local/global regulations.
• Participate in ERP implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance; Big 4 experience required
• Advanced Spanish GAAP knowledge required; US GAAP a plus
• Group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, audit cycles, statutory reporting
• Advanced Excel; financial analysis skills
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, communication, and organizational skills

Nice to have

• ERP systems and reporting tools experience
• AI tools and automation workflows
• Project management experience
