Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Support global payroll journal entries and related accruals, including vacation and bonuses.
• Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and perform flux analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.
• Support management with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Develop process improvements and document standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Compensation teams to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or audit, preferably with multinational companies.
• Proven experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders across multiple teams.
