What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee office operations, including maintenance, supplies, mail, and budget management.
• Lead local employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing strategies in partnership with global teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, facilities contracts, and procurement for People and Facilities functions.
• Coordinate travel logistics and provide administrative support for team members.
• Execute onsite and virtual events to foster community and connection.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement or HR operations, preferably in a global tech company.
• Proven track record in office management or workplace operations.
• Strong proficiency in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
