Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Record general ledger entries in compliance with local and group policies.
• Assist with month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Post and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Maintain the fixed assets register and manage monthly depreciation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support external/internal audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Prior experience in international environments or multiple entities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP.
