Procure to Pay (P2P) Manager (Finance/Adtech): Managing and optimizing global Procure-to-Pay processes to create a compliant and efficient ecosystem with an accent on centralization, tool efficiency, and AI integration. Focus on harmonizing operations across multiple countries, re-designing complex workflows, and mentoring a centralized P2P team.

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain) — requires 3 days of in-office presence per week

What you will do

  • Harmonize global P2P operations and lead a centralized "centre of excellence" team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that balance operational control with speed.
  • Review and re-design P2P workflows and establish group-wide procurement guidelines.
  • Ensure group-wide compliance and implement P2P reporting and KPIs.
  • Manage the P2P toolstack, including TravelPerk, Expensify, and Yooz/Pivot.
  • Collaborate across departments to support end users and optimize operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in P2P/AP operations, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in managing modern ERPs and P2P tools, with experience using AI for digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of automating outdated or complex workflows.
  • Experience working with global teams across different jurisdictions.
  • English: Proficiency required
  • Location: Must be based in Barcelona
