What you will do

• Operationalize, administer, and maintain the hirify.global platform to solve complex technical issues.
• Conduct daily health checks and provide strategic technical direction to customer IT staff.
• Identify opportunities for customers to maximize value from the platform.
• Document best practices, playbooks, and root cause analysis reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales teams to improve operational status.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for on-site customer engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in networking, security, operations, or scripting.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proficiency in endpoint security, incident response, and systems management.
• Strong scripting skills in bash, PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.
• Experience with GitHub for code merging and branching.
• Mastery of executive-level communication and critical problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, MCSE, or CompTIA A+/Security+/Network+.
