What you will do

• Administer core IT systems including Jamf MDM and Google Workspace to ensure alignment with NIST and CMMC requirements.
• Lead IT projects from scoping to implementation, including SaaS tool rollouts and compliance initiatives.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 helpdesk support as a reliable escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Manage the full endpoint lifecycle, including imaging, configuration, policy enforcement, and decommissioning.
• Implement security controls such as logging, SIEM integration, and incident response capabilities.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and provisioning workflows to improve operational consistency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT engineering.
• Experience administering MDM platforms (Jamf preferred) and Google Admin Console.
• US citizenship required; must be eligible for CUI access.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience managing endpoints at scale within an enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense contracting or government IT (DFARS 252.204-7012).
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC 2.0, or NIST SP 800-53 frameworks.
• Knowledge of SAML, SCIM, and OIDC for SSO and role-based access control.
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python to automate IT operations.
• Experience with GitHub security permissions or SIEM platforms.
