TL;DR

Head of Demand Generation (Demand Generation): Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution globally, driving pipeline growth, revenue, and brand equity with an accent on multi-channel, multi-touch programs across paid/digital, field, webinars, and ABM. Focus on data-driven lead targeting, funnel nurture and conversion optimization, and leading KPI-driven performance measurement while building and mentoring a high-performing demand generation team.

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Own the comprehensive demand generation strategy, execution, and results aligned with company priorities, roadmap, and target audience.
  • Lead, implement, and scale demand generation programs across paid media and digital, field and events, webinars, ABM, and related channels.
  • Use a data-driven approach to identify and target high-quality leads and upsell opportunities, nurture them through the funnel, and drive sustainable conversions and lifetime value growth.
  • Create and run multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns tailored to key segments, geographies, and personas across the client journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Expand brand recognition across new and existing client segments, geographies, and personas.
  • Manage budgets and measure performance using robust KPI tracking and analytics; build, lead, and mentor the demand generation team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation with a proven track record driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment; financial services experience or marketing into the financial services vertical is a plus.
  • Experience building a demand generation function and team (not only executing from an existing playbook).
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing channels including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience leading industry and hosted event/conference strategies as key components of marketing and brand building.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship, and be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment.
