What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable sales enablement programs aligned with strategic GTM goals.
  • Own the full lifecycle of initiatives from concept and stakeholder alignment to delivery and results tracking.
  • Create visually engaging, on-brand enablement materials including presentation decks, guides, and battle cards.
  • Partner with Enablement Leads, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership to align messaging and product launches.
  • Track success metrics and iterate on program design and content effectiveness based on data and feedback.
  • Manage content QA, version control, and the structural organization of internal enablement portals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or L&D, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of designing enablement programs that improve sales productivity and field performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated visual design ability using tools like Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Highspot, Clari, or Seismic.
  • Must be based in the US.
