Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver, Toronto, or London (Office-First, hybrid model)

Compensation: CA$45,000 – CA$55,000 + Equity + CA$22,450 Commission

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to recruit participants for win-loss research.
  • Manage recruitment across approximately 30 active customer programs simultaneously, ensuring accurate tracking in HubSpot.
  • Ensure interview data is clean, qualified, and structured before handoff to researchers.
  • Collaborate closely with CSMs and Researchers to maintain account health and proactively resolve program bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to outreach strategy and process improvements by testing new tactics and leveraging AI tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver, Toronto, or London.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
  • Clear, professional communication skills across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Willingness to use LinkedIn as a core outreach tool is non-negotiable.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on proactive problem-solving and root-cause analysis.

Nice to have

  • Background in psychology, anthropology, market research, or business analytics.
  • Familiarity with outreach sequencing tools, HubSpot, or CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, win-loss research, or qualitative research programs.
  • Comfort with AI tools and an automation-first mindset.
