What you will do

• Promote compliance culture and awareness worldwide in coordination with regional organizations.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies, focusing on preventive measures and digital tools.
• Identify and mitigate global compliance risks, particularly in the area of antitrust law.
• Provide pragmatic, risk-oriented advice to business units and corporate functions on laws and internal guidelines.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and derive practical recommendations for the business.
• Manage international projects and integrate AI-based work methods into compliance processes.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in compliance, ideally a law degree with in-depth knowledge of antitrust law.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a company, compliance role, or commercial law firm.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Strong communication skills and experience working within a matrix organization.
• High ethical standards, sound judgment, and ability to collaborate in a diverse, international environment.
• Strong affinity for digital tools and AI applications.
