What you will do
- Provide first-level technical support for employees at the NYC HQ.
- Troubleshoot Mac and PC laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
- Configure workstations for new hires and manage hardware refreshes.
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding tasks, including device staging.
- Support AV equipment in conference rooms and for large company events.
- Utilize corporate platforms including Google Workspace, GCP, Slack, Okta, Jira, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and proactive attitude.
- Must be able to work a fully on-site schedule at the NYC office.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Nice to have
- Experience troubleshooting Mac and PC hardware or software.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshservice, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Exposure to AV/conference room technology or live event production.
- Interest in IT operations and systems administration.
