What you will do

• Provide first-level technical support for employees at the NYC HQ.
• Troubleshoot Mac and PC laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Configure workstations for new hires and manage hardware refreshes.
• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding tasks, including device staging.
• Support AV equipment in conference rooms and for large company events.
• Utilize corporate platforms including Google Workspace, GCP, Slack, Okta, Jira, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and proactive attitude.
• Must be able to work a fully on-site schedule at the NYC office.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience troubleshooting Mac and PC hardware or software.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshservice, Jira, or ServiceNow.
