What you will do
- Lead the ideation and development of high-performing ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative production process from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with designers and User Acquisition Managers to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality outputs.
- Analyze creative performance data and conduct A/B testing to optimize advertising strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging creative formats to improve market positioning.
- Prepare performance reports highlighting the impact of creatives on customer acquisition and conversion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative production, preferably in tech or consumer products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing digital advertising creatives.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, campaign analysis, and data-driven optimization.
- Proficiency with project management and AI-powered creative production tools.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
