TL;DR

Brand Marketing Lead (AI): Own hirify.global’s brand identity and marketing expression end to end, building integrated brand campaigns with an accent on translating complex AI and product capabilities into emotionally resonant narratives and driving measurable brand outcomes. Focus on strategy, 360 creative execution, and agency management while operating at speed in an AI-era consumer tech environment.

Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid — in-office requirement Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

Salary: $160K–$220K base + equity

What you will do

  • Lead brand campaigns end to end, from brief to launch to measurement, including awareness and cultural moments.
  • Own strategy and execution of 360 creative campaigns, ensuring strong briefs, clear processes, and exceptional execution.
  • Drive annual brand and audience growth narrative aligned with business objectives and priorities.
  • Translate AI and product capabilities into clear, emotionally resonant stories for technical and non-technical consumer audiences.
  • Partner with creative, design, production, and copy to maintain high-craft, on-strategy brand outputs.
  • Manage external agencies and collaborate with PR and business affairs to deliver consumer-centric work that grows audience, trial, and engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of brand marketing experience in a high-growth B2C or beloved consumer tech company, with a track record of building and evolving brands.
  • Experience leading and developing best-in-class campaigns, including robust go-to-market (G2M) plans and breakthrough creative execution.
  • AI-native: actively using AI tools daily to scale creative and strategic output.
  • Strong narrative instincts and creative judgment, including the ability to brief effectively and push back when work misses.
  • Deep understanding of how brand connects to business outcomes, including awareness funnels and brand health tracking.
  • Based in or able to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
