Our partners at Values Value are searching for a Senior UA Manager on behalf of their client - a fast-growing publisher of hybrid-casual and midcore mobile games.

If you thrive on independence and massive scale, this one is for you. They need an experienced, 100% hands-on UA pro. No micro-management, no delegating to a massive team. Just you, your strategies, and high six-to-seven-figure budgets.

Responsibilities:
You will launch and manage paid UA campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, and AppLovin. The main goal is to drive installs, hit strict KPIs, and deeply analyze performance (CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROMI, CVR, Retention).

Requirements:
🔹 Managed massive budgets - $500K minimum, but ideally $1M+ per month.
🔹 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile UA (casual or midcore with heavy IAP monetization).
🔹 Proactive approach: you spot what needs to be done without waiting for a task.
🔹 Data over ego: if a hypothesis fails, you admit it fast and move on.
🔹 Active use of AI tools to optimize routines.
🔹 You actually play mobile games and understand why mechanics stick.
