What you will do
- Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives to enhance customer acquisition.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with design teams and user acquisition managers to align creatives with brand values and campaign goals.
- Analyze ad performance data to identify successful creatives and optimize conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and generate hypotheses to refine advertising strategies.
- Research market trends and competitor benchmarks to propose innovative creative solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative production or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis.
- Knowledge of AI tools for creative production.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration.
